Brian served in the U.S. Army where the basics were drilled in early — show up early, do the work right, take care of the people next to you. Years in uniform shaped a way of operating that didn't switch off when the boots came off.

Coming home
After his service, Brian came back to the Las Vegas valley and looked at the dust on his boots. He wanted to build something honest — work he could measure at the end of the day, in a community he was already part of.
What he saw in the local market was a gap. Plenty of crews would show up once and never come back. Plenty of quotes would shift after the work started. He decided to build a company that ran the opposite way.
Why landscaping
Landscaping is honest work. The lawn either looks right or it doesn't. The edges are clean or they're not. There's no place to hide — and that's exactly the kind of accountability Brian was looking for.
